Off Road Trip to Pereslavl-Zalesskiy In One Day

Meet our first in a series of off-road Golden ring tours to Pereslavl-Zalesskiy!
This Golden Ring town started its history as the peer of Moscow - it was founded only 5 years later – but then the towns went their separate ways. Today Pereslavl is certainly no match for Moscow, but primarily due to this fact it preserved its unique, a bit unsophisticated but lovely and nice atmosphere.
We will start our tour with the local Red Square – the heart of the city – continue with a visit to one of the town’s monasteries, go to see Peter the Great’s boat, which he made by himself and then go deep into the bush to reach another waypoint – the railroad museum.

We will have a substantial picnic style meal on the way, with traditional shashliki (kebab), pancakes and samovar tea. Have you ever had a cup of tea from a real samovar? That is an exprerience to remember.
Seeing the sights will be intermitted by off-road driving with you at the wheel. The time of the tour will be divided between these two activities equally (each part will take about 4 hours).
Enjoy driving a 4WD in one of the most historical and picturesque places of Russia. Go active sightseeing!
Tour duration: 14 hours ( 8 am-10 pm)
Tour cost: 20000 Rub per crew ( 2-3 people)
Included: transporation to/from Pereslavl Zalesskiy, activities according to the programm, admissions where required, lunch.
