Moscow easter festival

An especially moving element of the Festival is the bell and choir program. If you are having some free time during your Moscow tours don't miss this unique and really Russian experience. Bell-ringers and choirs from all over Russia come to Moscow to perform in top historic churches and cathedrals.

The music in a Russian Orthodox Church is the music of singing. We don't use organ or any other music instruments in religious services. Moscow Easter festival offers you a great opportunity to listen to the choir music in numerous Moscow churches and feel the sacred atmosphere of the holiday. In most cases the performances are free, and all visitors are welcome.
