Ivan’s Hill tour

We invite you to explore one of the oldest and one of the most mysterious parts of Moscow, which is known as Ivanovskaya Gorka (Ivan’s Hill). It is a quiet and cozy area in the main center of Moscow and it looks completely different in comparison to gorgeous Red Square or Tverskaya Street. For 600 years it combines everything incongruous. Until now buildings and people of Ivanovskaya Gorka belong to different epochs, religions, professions and subcultures. Ancient churches and monasteries are adjacent to underground music clubs and showrooms of young designers, communal apartments are neighbors of premium-class apartments here.

We will walk along the small cozy streets, visit secret inner yards, see architectural and historical wonders and tell incredible stories about tsars, impostors, scientists, poets, criminals, nuns and imps – stories of Ivanovskaya Gorka.
