Do you know that practically any Soviet leader went through coup d’état or attempt to kill him. History of any country it is a history of different plots, intrigues and political assassinations. Russia is not an exemption.

A lot of key political decisions in our country were taken as a result of various rebellions, takeovers and other affairs. Lots of them were inside the Kremlin walls or just behind them.  Some of these events were later depicted in pictures of famous Russian artists or in photos, other facts are not so wide known.

We invite you to our walking tour devoted to the history of different assassinations of Russian and Soviet political leaders. We will see the point from where there was an attempt on the last Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, observe the place of executions known in Tsarists times, and see the so-called “bad Moscow bridge” where a lot of political crimes occurred. Our guests will also learn how many times different people were trying to kill Stalin, why he refused to move around Moscow by car and in which house there was a flat where the secret Soviet intelligence agents were hiding.
