The Catherine Palace is probably the most luxurious summer palace near St Petersburg. It is located in the town of Tsarskoye Selo 30 km south of St. Petersburg, Russia. During the tour you’ll walk through a magnificent gallery of gala rooms and discover the legendary Amber room.

On the way to Pushkin, town also known as Tsarskoe Selo you might have a stop to visit the Siege Memorial. This is a monument devoted to the siege of Leningrad during World War II.The siege was the longest and most destructive sieges in the history, it lasted 900 days and took away over a million lives. You’ll watch a 7-minute documentary and visit a small but very impressive museum. The tour lasts around 40 min. If you choose to visit the memorial we'd also recommend that you have a lunch break in Tsarskoe Selo.
