Golden Ring tours
The Golden Ring of Russia is a tourist route uniting the ancient Russian towns located to the North-East of Moscow. A tour will give you a chance to admire Russian rural landscapes, get to know ancient Russian history, discover most beautiful churches, meet locals, and taste traditional Russian food.Golden Ring tours usually start from Moscow. Some towns are not far so you may just plan a day trip to such destinations as Sergiev Posad, Suzdal, Yaroslavl. We included a trip to Sergiev Posad in our 3-day tour of Moscow. But we’d highly recommend planning a longer trip as it will give you a chance to appreciate peace and quietness of small provincial Russian towns.
